All bookings with Get Vegased Tours LLC are subject to the following terms:

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour time are not eligible for refunds

• I accept full responsibility for my health and safety
   

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Get Vegased Tours LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, guides, and affiliates from any and all claims, including negligence, arising from participation in any tour.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Vegased Tours LLC from any claims brought by me or on my behalf.

If signing on behalf of a minor, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and accept full responsibility for the minor’s participation.

I agree that checking the acceptance box during booking constitutes my legal electronic signature, enforceable under U.S. law and Nevada law.

This Waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, with venue exclusively in Clark County, Nevada.

If any portion of this Waiver is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
